About Us

Warren Ward

Mr. Ward served six years in the US Navy as an electronics technician and went on to earn an electrical engineering degree from San Diego State University. For many years he owned a business building high tech medical research instruments for the eyes. Most of his clients were universities and hospitals all over the world. However, this business was impacted by the 2008 financial crash when some medical research budgets were cut, so eventually he moved into a field where he had already been helping a lot of family and friends – appliance repair. The challenge of troubleshooting the many varieties of appliances has opened up a rewarding second career.
